SJR 30 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the
voters, allows a school district to provide transportation for
private school pupils, provided that any such pupil, or the
pupil's parent or other guardian, reimburses the district for the
proportionate share of the actual operating and capital expenses
incurred in providing the transportation services.
